Santoña is a town in Cantabria, which is well-known for its fishing tradition and its anchovies. rosara has wanted to disseminate this fishing village's expertise in anchovies. Pickles are one of the favourite appetisers in this region. rosara has aimed to choose the best, small size, 140/160 calibre, that makes them irresistible for pre-meal munching. The anchovy flavour and the vinegar they are packed in completes the configuration of this delicacy. They come in a 175 gr net weight easy-open tin.

These peppers come from the town of Ibarra in the Province of Guipuzcoa. They are called Ibarra giant prawns because their shape is similar to that of this crustacean and because of their mildness. Their mildness make them ideal for garnishing legume dishes, meats... etc.
They come in 370-ml jars.
