TOMATO SAUCE PIQUILLO PEPPER SAUCE
Basis for any number of dishes and the queen of sauces, tomato sauce is indispensable in the kitchen.

Rosara has accepted the challenge of honouring such a versatile sauce with natural craftsmanship and without thickeners or colorants of any kind. Rosara contains the best freshly picked tomatoes, which, together with onion, pimento and garlic, make for a truly tasty sauce.

Cooks are aware of the multitude of uses of Lodosa Piquillo peppers; that is, they go with just about everything. So at Rosara, by following this philosophy, we have created this sauce, the main ingredient of which are Lodosa Piquillo peppers and it really does suit a multitude of dishes.

An ingredient for paella, to accompany all sorts of fish and meat dishes, and a long etc... are some of the many facets of this sauce.

MUSHROOM SAUCE BISCAY SAUCE
Often the secret of a good dish is in its sauce, we, at Rosara, are aware of that. That is why we have created our mushroom sauce.

The main ingredient of this sauce are genuine 'Boletus edulis' gathered in the Pyrenees of Navarra. These well-known mushrooms are highly valued for their prime quality and special taste.

This sauce is recommended for fish and meat dishes as well as those special treats that require a special touch.

Prepared with the flavourful and inimitable 'choricero' pepper, and dressed with olive oil, this sauce is perfect for accompanying fish, especially cod and it is exquisite with fried eggs. CHORICERO PEPPER FLESH
The dry pepper is a widely used ingredient in all styles of cooking. rosara has chosen the best pepper for these functions, the choricero pepper and has extracted its essence; that is, its flesh, eliminating the skin, seeds and all that is unnecessary so it will not detract from the genuine taste and to make it easier to use.

The flesh of the choricero pepper can be used as the basis of numerous sauces like the Biscay sauce and as an ingredient in many dishes based on fish, vegetables... etc.
