This, of the line of six stuffed peppers, may be the most delicate. Fine hake blended with shrimp in a creamy white sauce is the stuffing for these Lodosa Piquillo peppers roasted over beech wood and hand peeled. Then they are put up in a fine sauce that will delight the most refined palates.

In this dish we have joined the best from the sea with the best from the Navarra Lowlands. Giant prawns and shrimp blend in a creamy white sauce to stuff Lodosa Piquillo peppers. The stuffed peppers are drenched in an exquisite seafood sauce enhanced with crabmeat.

The best deep sea cod fish is the main ingredient of the stuffing for these Piquillo peppers that have been hand peeled without water, as demanded by tradition, and roasted over beech wood to produce that flavour which is characteristic of all rosara Piquillo peppers. Shrimp round out the stuffing all blended in a smooth white sauce. The whole thing then is drenched in a Spanish sauce, but with one variation: we have added Piquillo pepper to make it more appropriate for this combination.
