LODOSA PIQUILLO PEPPERS PIQUILLO PEPPERS IN GARLIC SAUCE
Known for its smaller size, its incision point slightly curved upwards and for its excellent taste, the Lodosa Piquillo pepper holds a place of honour at rosara.

Rosara complies with all the requirements of the Regulating Council of the denomination of origin. The peppers are from the townships and the farms listed in the register of the Council. We roast our peppers over beech wood, which confers a special touch, and we peel them by hand without water, which would suppress part of the flavour and, of course, we put them up naturally, with only their own juice and no additives.

To certify the craftsmanship of the whole procedure, all the jars have a numbered label provided by the Regulating Council of the Lodosa Piquillo peppers denomination of origin; the flavour and the quality are guaranteed.

Rosara Piquillo peppers come in two different presentations: In 1/2 Kg. y 1/4 Kg. jars.

Tin formats are: 1/2-Kg. cylindrical easy-open and 1/4-Kg easy-open tin.

Rosara uses authentic Lodosa Piquillo peppers for this dish. The peppers are put up in an olive oil and garlic sauce, which makes them perfect for garnishing dishes, to accompany game or meat dishes or simply by themselves as an appetiser.

Rosara Piquillo peppers in garlic sauce come in 1/2-Kg. and 1/4-Kg. jars.
