PIQUILLO PEPPERS STUFFED WITH SHELLFISH ¼ KG TIN 4/5 UNITS
What is this?:
We select the best Lodosa piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. They are filled with a delicate bechamel seafood sauce (lobster, shrimp and prawns) and accompanied by a delicious sauce also based on seafood. It is a painstaking process with a delicious and healthy result: low in fat (2.4%) and salt (0.26g per 100g of product). Despite our production being overseen by the DO (denominación de Origen) regulatory board, the Lodosa piquillo peppers and other peppers used in this product come under the DO, but the council recognizes only peppers packed in their juice (whole, strips or slices) via a numbered label.
Piquillo peppers (38%), fish broth, Norway lobster (5%), shrimps (5%), prawns (3%), bogavante (lobster) (3%), vegetable oil (sunflower), tomato, onion, vegetables, wheat flour, milk, rice, garlic, salt, wine and spices.
