What is this?:
We select the best Lodosa piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. Filled with a delicate bechamel sauce of monkfish in a rich piquillo sauce, it is a painstaking process with a delicious and healthy result: low in fat (3%) and in salt (0.26g per 100g of product). Despite our production being overseen by the DO (denominación de Origen) regulatory board, the Lodosa piquillo peppers and other peppers used in this product come under the DO, but the council recognizes only peppers packed in their juice (whole, strips or slices) via a numbered label.
