What is this?:
Sauce made from simmering boletus edulis mushrooms (Funghi Porcini) with poached vegetables in white wine and olive oil. With an intense boletus mushroom flavour, it can be prepared either hot or cold.
Boletus Mushrooms (Boletus edulis) (50%), meat broth, vegetable oil (olive), onion, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Contains dairy product (lactose).
