ANCHOVIES IN OLIVE OIL 60 GR JAR
What is this?:
In the famous Santoña, a family of craftsmen prepare this treat for Rosara. Once the anchovies are caught, they are macerated in brine for months until they reach their optimum flavour. After salting, the laborious and complicated job of cleaning every anchovy by hand is performed. As a finishing touch for this excellent product, they are then packed in olive oil.
Anchovies “Engraulis encrasicolus”, vegetable oil (olive) and salt.
