What is this?:
These are cherry peppers stuffed with foie-gras (duck liver). Their crunchy texture is a surprise before their sweet pepper flavour and slightly spicy finish, accompanied by the smoothness of olive oil throughout. They are ideal in themselves as a starter or combined with other ingredients.
