What is this?:
This is one of our most celebrated dishes: We core the best Navarre artichoke hearts by hand and fill them with a bechamel sauce of seafood (shrimps). The dish is finished with a delicious seafood sauce (of prawns, crayfish and lobster) and smoked fish with vegetables. The flavour is fresh, tasty and balanced, with no sourness. It is also very healthy: low in fat (1.5%) and in salt (only 0.22g per 100g of product).
Artichokes (62%), fish broth, shellfish (shrimps (7%), prawns (7%), Norway lobster (2%), Bogavante (lobster) (2%)), milk, tomato, vegetable oil (sunflower), onion, vegetables, wheat flour, hake, white wine, salt and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
