What is this?:
We select the best piquillo peppers and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. They are filled with a delicate bechamel shellfish sauce and accompanied by a delicious sauce also based on shellfish. It is a painstaking process with a delicious and healthy result: low in fat (2.4%) and salt (0.26g per 100g of product).
