What is this?:
We select the best piquillo peppers and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. Filled with a delicate bechamel sauce of monkfish in a rich piquillo sauce, it is a painstaking process with a delicious and healthy result: low in fat (3%) and in salt (0.26g per 100g of product).
