What is this?: 
We select the best piquillo peppers and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. They are filled with a delicate bechamel sauce of lobster and scallops, while the dish is finished with a delicious Rioja wine sauce. It is a painstaking process with a delicious and healthy result: only 2.3% fat.
Ingredients: 
Piquillo peppers (38%), fish broth (water and conger) and meat broth (water and veal), onion, vegetable oil (sunflower), carrots, rice flour, scallops (5%), lobster (3%), red wine, milk, rice, leeks, sugar, salt, garlic, brandy, almonds, pinions, alga dulse and spices.
